Is it easy to rent a car onsite at WDW?

Right now I have a Nat'l rental car reserved for 9 days, Oct 15-23 at MCO. Used priceless and Entertainment coupon codes: $144.90 (all fees included).
We're staying at CSR. Is it possible to rent a car onsite at WDW for those same low rates? DH is thinking we might take the ME and then just rent a car when we get to WDW. Does CSR have a rental desk? If not, where would be the closest and is it a hassle to rent onsite?

You can rent a car at the car care center or at the Dolphin. Not sure about the rate though, better call.

We've rented from the Dolphin several times and it has gone very smoothly.
