Don't forget to try the Beverly! :earseek:

DH tried to get me to taste this again and I said no! I've had it once and that was more than enough! :D

We were there this week BUT there was no ice/snow??????? I have never seen this before and wondered what happened. We went through on two separatedays. The Coke station is still open at the end thankfully. There were no signs explaining any changes. Anyone know what happened?

I do. We were there in August and and noticed when I walked in. I was bummed with no ice. So I asked the CM behind the counter and he said there were legal reasons and said he couldn't talk about it. I was like, "huh?" So I said, " you mean you were sued because of the ice?" and he nodded his head. I didn't push any more, he was obviously uncomfortable with it.

That's my knowledge of it. Only as good as the CM that told me.

I did see a guest in there not long ago filling up a refillable resort mug.

I forget who told me, but someone said the Beverly is used in whatever country it is from as a beverage between courses to rinse the prior food taste from your mouth.
I don't know if they really knew what they were talking about. But it made sense! ;)

I believe that it's Italian.

My favorite was the lemon soda from Israel.

And that watermelon drink is from China. DH is going to Shanghai in a few weeks, asked me what I wanted-that watermelon drink!

Haven't been there in a couple of months, but can't wait to go back for the Chinese soda (tastes like watermelon)--yummmmm!!!:)

We have seen this at Epcot, but without the snow or ice. It did have dry ice making steam vapor though- if you get what I mean!

It's a smaller version of what we have in Atlanta called the "World of Coke" which lets you taste even more versions of soda from all around the world. Just like at Epcot, some are very good, some are ok and most are terrible to we Americans!

It is fun to try them though!

PS- At the one here, they do have regular Coke, as well as every other product they make.

I have taste tested different cokes at something in Las Vegas too. I think it is in the M & M building.

I am not surprised about the "legal issues," I have seen kids in there throwing snowballs. Probably someone got hit with one and decided to sue. Once again, dumb people ruin it for the rest of us. (By "dumb people" I was actually referring to the kids and/or their parents, but one could make the argument that it is a pretty frivolous lawsuit too!)
