Is Hollywood and Vine still pretty terrible?

My only issue with H&V was that, like many have already mentioned, it was cramped and loud. Plus the tables felt like they were made of light cheap plastic. The character interactions were great however, especially with Minnie. Food itself I remember being good. Granted, they don't have anything special like they do at Boma, but I don't remember it being downright terrible, let alone the way many people make it out to be.
