If you mean the DDP with free dining promo -- then no Fulton's is not included.

the only way you can eat at Fulton's under a plan is if you are on the Preminum or Platinum plan. we will eat there in July with the Platinum.

I just found out House of Blues was also not on the DDP...I was so bummed out as DGF and I were planning on eating there our first night...

Wolfgang Pucks Cafe receives many positive reviews on this board. Raglan Road & Captain Jacks also participate in the plan but receive mixed reviews.

That's what makes signature dining a good thing--use two credits on a great dinner and then pay OOP for HOB on another night.

I just ADR there and I am on the premium plan so it must be included.

It is included on the premium plan but does not participate in the basic WDW dining plan, free or paid.

Basic dining plan participation for TS at Downtown Disney is limited to Cap'n Jack's, Planet Hollywood, Wolfgang Puck Cafe and Raglan Road.
