Is FP for fantasmic worth it?

The way things are panning out we are probably going to HS two nights. One night we would like to see fantasmic and the other star wars fireworks. Is the Fantasmic fast pass worth using on one night and do you get ok seating with arriving earlier? We are traveling with young kids so we would only really use the Tier on for TSMM

Fantasmic is also Tier 1 so you'd have to use or at least tap the FP tapstiles for 2 Tier 2 rides before you can book Fantasmic as your 4th FP of the day.

With a FP for Fantasmic, you still need to arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled showtime to be able to get the most centrally located seats in the FP area. With Standby, you will need to arrive an hour in advance of the show.

Not worth it. Our seats were no better than what we've had without FP in terms of view/enjoyment factor.

You can get FP for Fantasmic as a 4th or more FP. We enjoy using the FP for it as we like sitting in the FP section.

Whether you do standby, FP, or dining plan..if you want the biggest choice of seating you'll still need to arrive 45min-1 hour prior to showtime
