I know that DH and the kids will want to eat at the Rest- burgers and nuggets, yay. I don't remember even passing Flame TRee so if someone could tell me where it is located in relation to Dinoland, that would be great.

It is outside of Dinoland as you are heading to Asia before you get to the bridge. It really isn't to terribly far. Walk out of Dinoland and head to the right and it will be on your right side.

On our last visit my DD & I were at the park alone and she insisted on McD's but I wanted to eat at Flametree so I waited in line to get her the burger & then went and waited in line for my bbq. She ate her food while I waited to order. Once I had mine she wished she had gotten hers from there too!

Not far at all. Here's a map of the park so you can see where it is in relation to everything: http://www.wdwinfo.com/maps/AK.htm

If you eat there, don't forget that the seating area for Flame Tree winds all the way down to the water. Very pretty area. Like a little oasis within the park.

The Flame Tree BBQ entrance is across from the It's Tough to be a Bug entrance. If the Flame Tree seating area isn't that crowded, you can all eat together if you get the fries and nuggets to go.

It's not too far. I've done this same thing a couple of times.

One thing to remember though is the drinks at Animal Kingdom do not have tops on them. So, you'll have to navigate through the crowds with open drinks and food. It would probably be easier to get the kids' meals since they come in a box and your husband's burger first, let them get a table at the Flame Tree and you stand in line to order your meal at the Flame Tree.

It may also be easier for your husand to have you order his drink at the Flame Tree so he won't have to carry his burger and his drink.

Another thing I did was save one of our bags from when we made a purchase the day before, rolled it up and carried it in our backpack. When I got my son's meal at Restaurantosaurus, I put the food down in the bag and just carried the drink.

Hope this helps, Lisa
