Who are you trying to discuss with? WDW or the DIS? Most of the folks on these boards can give you just about any piece of info you need. The ADR phone line at WDW can make the reservation for you and answere any and all questions as well.
Thanks.
The ADR people did make the changes. They really weren't very helpful though. Left a very sour taste... That call was over an hour in length as well. This is from Ontario Canada to Florida (Why would a place such as Disney not have a toll free number is beyond realism in this day and age). Basically the call will end up costing me about $45.
The number I would like would be someone at Disney World that is in an authoritive capacity. I'd like to voice my displeasure. The ADR couldn't really answer my questions. They didn't know why the website directed us erroniously. They couldn't answer a few other things as well. They said they had to make a new reservation (which is now 3 hours earlier...). Then, they couldn't get my VISA to work. My Mastercard did. (I called VISA right after thinking there was a problem - they pulled up the cancelled transaction and said the person didn't put in the last 3 numbers on the back of the card - said they didn't do it right so it wasn't authorized).
All the ADR person could offer was an email address - not even of a real person - client communications. She even said they don't even have a supervisor or manager. If they're sick, they just email Disney to let them know.
Sorry for the rant. It's been a day of calls to Disney though. My reservations say there's an error with the tickets. I called - everything is fine on Disneys end. The new reservation made at Mama Melrose's doesn't say anything about Fantasmic either - its exactly the same as the previous one that I questioned. I can't call again today to check. I've had to call 4 times today to verify and check things! I'm at a hair under 2 hours of talk time to Disney today. Looking like close to $100 in phone bills just to confirm things! I truly hope things are much more organized than they have been so far. I may end up calling and going over every reservation just to make sure things are OK. I don't know. I'm already another $100 in the hole... Does Disney comp anything like Vegas does?
Once again... Sorry for the rant...
Any help and / or guidance is greatly appreciated!
Has anyone had errors made and how were they handled / corrected? Is there a special person at Disney that takes care of these things? Is there an actual Customer Service team or person who's soul responsibility is customer service? If so, how do I contact them?
