Is Disneyworld site down?

I've been trying for 2 days to access "my plans" from Disneyworld site and each time I click on MDE and click "my plans" the site simply crashes (actually it just continually refreshes not allowing me to click anywhere else.)

Any ideas? My MDE app has been quirky - working here and there but not consistent - but the actual website just crashes immediately and no difference in past few days.

I assume this is on a computer and not your phone. But you can try another web browser or try using the browser in incognito/private mode to login.

You should call Disney tech support, it might be your account. I had no problems booking fastpasses today. I'm actually shocked the site didn't go down for once.

That website is a disgrace. If you go on it at about 4am then it works swimmingly, however when everyone else is on it it is an absolute turdburger. The mobile site generally works much better than the website in my experience irrespective of the time of day. I too had problems trying to access MDE on the website for days, it kept saying "we are unable to show your plans at the moment" or something similar, I asked for help online & was told to clear the cache on my browser (Chrome), once I did that it worked OK so I would suggest you do that. In Chrome click on the three dots top right and then select settings>advanced>clear browsing data then check 'cookies and other site date' (uncheck the other options) and click on 'clear data'. Your may need to close down your browser and open it again. Hopefully this will work for you too.

Thank you I will try this!
