The second week is better than the first, because the parade taping is the first weekend. But if you're up for some free tickets and 4hrs of parade taping, you can always go the first route.
It's generally quite, with little to no wait time for anything. Fastpasses for big things like Soarin and Toy Story Mania will be available even a couple hours after the parks open.
Right now we're in the 70's, saturday, it's supposed to be in the 50's... but it's nice and mild for northerners.
