Is Disney Movie Insiders having trouble lately?

For a week my mom hasn't been able to go on Disney Movie Insiders and I would like to know if Disney Movie Insiders is having technical difficulties? And does anyone know when Disney Movie Insiders will be up and running again? Also is there a way Mom can call Disney Movie Insiders or reach them via email to complain about this problem?

So Disney Movie Insiders has fixed their troubles? I think it must've been a glitch they had. Because my mother was all ready to call Disney Movie Insiders customer service but i'm glad to hear that the site works fine and Mom will be happy

Sometimes webpages just glitch, having a lil patience while IT fixes them goes a long way. No need to nag them, they 100% know it's down if it is indeed down.
