Is DFTW flexible with escape ceremony times?

I'm pretty new posting here... I was wondering if you can schedule an escape ceremony outside of the posted times?

For example: can our ceremony start at 9:30 AM? We are planning to have our VR at Sunrise Terrace, and have a few guests planning to leave the day of our ceremony. I thought it would be nice for us to have a late breakfast after our ceremony. I am not wanting to have a private catered event.

If they will not budge would it be possible for us to make an 11 am ADR at the poly, from the Wilderness Lodge, without feeling rushed?

I'm not sure if this helps, but we have Randy Chapman as our photographer, not DFTW...

Yes they can be flexible.
