Is Cranium Command ever going to open??

We were just in WDW for 2 weeks and Cranium Command wasn't open. I know it opens seasonally but I thought it would be open now especially with the 5oth hoopla. We are going back in December as chance it will be open then. My DS loves this attraction and was very disappointed.

From what I've read, CC is closed for good. There wasn't enough visitors supporting the attraction and WDW is going to turn it into something else. Disney felt that the attraction's characters (Hanz and Franz, Norm from Cheers, etc.) were pretty dated and many kids from this generation didn't get it.

That's areal shame. Cranium Command is one of my favortie attractions....."Where do you think you are!?!?! Disney World!?!?"

Recently when I've visted the whole Met Life pavillion has been shut down. I know I will miss that place.
