Hi everyone,

I am hoping to attend the P&P party on 21st Aug, I have booked for my DDs to attend the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique beforehand at 4pm and was hoping to then travel to the MK and eat before the party starts. Unfortunately CP where we want to eat only has space at 5.15 which won't give us enough time. I believe the ts restaurants are closed during the party but are the counter service restaurants open?

Thanks

Nicola

Assuming that most parties are structured similarly, I'm wondering this, too. We currently have CM's booked for 5:00 on our MNSSHP night, but I'm thinking if we can get into the park at 4 pm, I might rather do that, since it will be an "off parks" day for us and we'll probably be itching to get going. I suppose we could eat btwn 4 and 7, but I've heard that's a great time to do rides, since most partygoers will be eating at LTT or CP (:rotfl2:) and most guests with base tickets will avoid MK that day because of the early close.

So, does anyone know where we could grab a quick CS later in the evening if we find the Halloween candy isn't enough to keep us going?

We did the party in February (2/23). There were TS-Crystal Palace, Cindy's, Mama Melrose and Liberty Tree Tavern available. Pecos Bills was supposed to be closed, but it was open at 8:00 when we walked by. El Pirata y el Perico was open. We ate at Casey's later in the evening. I believe there was something open in Tommorowland. Pinocchio's was also open. As the event gets closer, the information will be posted. If you are looking at TS, make them now. Remember that the party started for ticket holders at 4:00 in the winter. It made the party an excellent value!

Before we went to MK, we had sundaes at Ghirardelli's at Downtown Disney. There were quite a few little princesses coming out of BBB, ready for their night at the party!

Enjoy!

When you ordered your tickets the CM should have mentioned Liberty Tree, or Tony's for dinner that night. They offered those 2 to us when we ordered them. Honestly there are SOME counter places, and I stress SOME cause there was not many things opened like there is at reg times. That was a compaint many had when they first started the parties was there was not enough CS open during it. You really may want to have dinner before the party. We ate at boma first seating then went to our room got into costume and headed to the party.

I haven't ordered the tickets yet as they are not available until June 1st and I am worried that by then there will be no availability left anywhere as the date falls into the free dining time!

I think I will just keep trying for CP as I don't fancy LTT or Tony's or alternatively we might just have a late lunch at DD before BBB.

Thanks for the advice.

Nicola

I think doing a late lunch at DTD is a great idea. You may want to consider doing BBB earlier in the day if possible as well. We went at 5 and only had to wait 25 minutes for our appointment but people we talked to there said earlier in the afternoon it is often an hour wait past your appointment which for you guys with party tickets could be an issue.

We went to the last party in March and I seem to recall that there were quite a few CS open. The treasure map you get when you go in should tell you everything that is opened.

One piece of advice though...make sure you get there ealier than when they close the park to the other guests that aren't attending the party. We got stuck in the crowds as they were being ushered out and we were trying to go the other way! Next time, we'll make sure we're on the other side of the park before that happens!

We are hoping to do the party on 21st and have booked an ADR at Concourse Steakhouse beforehand. How about an ADR at one of the Monorail resorts that way it's a quick hop skip and a jump to get to the party.
