Is Cinderella's Wishing Well Accessible?

I was looking through the Google Street View of the Magic Kingdom and noticed the path to the Wishing Well is blocked. Is it closed?

The streetview is from 2016. The path should be open by now.

I don't know the exact year, but its been there for a very long time

The walls that are pictured in the street view are up whenever the crane is out -while the are putting up or taking down the castle lights usually in October/January +/- some time if they are doing castle work

Maybe I just never needed to take that path. Glad to know it's there now. My daughter will love it.

Was open last week.
Great quiet spot with an interesting view of the castle.
Got engaged there 11 years ago.

The wishing well has been there since the park opened in 1971.

Wow! I think this is my 10th or 11th trip and I've never seen it!

We go to it and make a wish at the end of every trip, my wish is always to come back soon..lol

You probably seen it lots of times but disregarded it. From a distance. it almost looks more like a birdbath or defunct fountain than a wishing well.

I think it's just that it's on a path I've either never known about or needed to take. We won't miss it next week!
