Is Cinderella on pre-sale at Disney World?

Just wondering if I should buy it when we're there or from Disney Direct :)
 
I don't know about that but every day in Oct. they are going to pick a child to be Cinderella in MK. They will get a ride in the coach and get to dress like Cinderella.
