Is bounceback still available?

I'm staying at the beach club now. The front desk is saying they aren't aware of the bounceback. Can anyone confirm if it is still available? Is there a number I should call or person I should talk to?

Check on your resort TV. Try the station that tells you all about the different parks, water parks, etc. When it gets to the "resorts" tab, you should see it if it is still there! HTH!

Call the number mentioned above. We stayed at the Contemp just last Saturday and a bb promo featuring a watch/White Rabbit was in our room. I don't recall the offer though. And I have no idea if it is STILL on. But it was as of last weekend!

We just booked the bounceback yesterday morning before checking out of our resort. We booked Beach Club for 8/10 - 8/17 with tickets and dining; 30% off room rate. If you do not have the information in your room, Check out the resort TV. Good Luck.
