Is BLT off limits for Pool Hopping? AKL?

How do we get in to the area? Is is key accessed... Is is ok for pool hopping?

Are the only pools not allowed for pool hopping Beach Club and Animal Kingdom? Is the new Animal Kngdom area ok?

You can not pool hop to BLT, BCV, or any of the AKV pools. And, there are even certain times when pool hopping is blocked out completely.

No pool hopping to BC/YC/BCV pools - all of them. No hopping to BTL or AKV/AKL pools. Holidays are blackout times for pooh hopping.
