Is BCV the only DVC resort available right now?

One final question and then I'll be quiet for a while. Has anyone been thru a DVC presentation lately (like last couple of weeks or so) and if so is BCV the only resort you can buy 150 pts. directly from DVC right now? I know DVC was buying back a number of resells lately and I'm just wondering if either VWL or HH were available now for 150 points and if so could you get MB if you bought into them now? Like I said, I'm 75% sure we'll buy into DVC next month when we go down for our WL week. If I do buy, I'll be wanting to have MB available to help reduce the cost (and downpayment). I would prefer though HH as my home resort and if that not available, VWL or even BWV as a home resort. I'm just not that excited about BCV; but if nothing else is available in June I will buy in with BCV as my home resort (assuming it is still available). Use year is not of prime importance to me.

Hilton Head is sold out; only available through resale now. I believe VWL is still available through Disney but very limited inventory (maybe one or two use years left). If you're interested in VWL I'd call DVC soon and talk to a guide. Also, Disney is currently offering a new inventory of BWV points to current DVC members; these points will be made available to the general public on June 1 if there are any left.

I checked the Disney Vacation Club website "members only" section. If I am reading it correctly, you have the following options when buying directly through DVC:

Beach Club - sales still on-going. Two-thirds of inventory is sold out.

Vero Beach - sales are still on-going.

Boardwalk - Due to a "space conversion" new inventory sales have started. Until May 31st, sales will only be made to current DVC members. If any inventory is left after that date, they will be open to the general public.

Saratoga Springs - This new resort is scheduled to open in Spring of 2004, so look for sales to begin this summer or fall. Have fun!
