We arrive on 12/3 and have been unable to check-in online. No one at DVC can answer why. They gave me a number to call who gave me another number to call (technical issues.) I waited on hold for 1 hour and 23 minutes (trying to see just how long it would take) and finally gave up. We get to the BCV after 7:30 and didn't want to waste time checking in. We planned to head right out to EMH.
