Is Anyone Good with Photoshop?

We just returned from our DIS baby's first trip to the world and are dying to show off his cuteness on our Christmas cards. But the ONE picture of him smiling on Main Street has a Mickey balloon in front of the castle!

Is anyone a Photoshop pro that can layer the background of one image over another? These two Photopass shots are from the exact same angle taken seconds apart.

The first photo just has the balloon taken out. On the second photo I took some liberties and also made the extraneous people in the background darker, so you guys would be more prominent. I also slightly sharpened up your faces in the second photo.

I'm so sorry to be a pain but is there any way to transfer a file with a slightly higher resolution? I need at least 100dpi to print and the file is just slightly under.
