Is Anyone getting through to DCL on phone !

I finally got to speak to a person after 8 1/2 hours. Then she had to join a 2-3 hr queue to speak to her team higher ups to track down the status of my refund. After another 1 1/2 hrs she was able to chat with someone on her team and discovered that Costco never submitted the paperwork to forfeit our credit and issue a complete refund. So now I have to call Costco.
Ugh, so sorry you went through this. The same thing happened to me at the beginning of the pandemic when I cancelled a cruise using their online form. I waited weeks and when I didn’t get a refund I found out a Costco hadn’t submitted the request. Once they requested it the $ came through really fast but the whole process was annoying and I vowed not to use Costco again (fast forward 2 years and I’m still using them so I have only myself to blame for problems going forward!)
 
So glad I am on a cruise next year, at this rate, it will take until then to get through………. Dreadful service
 
I emailed on May 12 and just got a response today (17 days later). Still have to call to resolve two issues the online rep couldn't handle...ugh. At least he apologized for the delay! lol
 

Called Costco travel this afternoon. 30 minute wait for a phone rep. She had to call DCL. Said it should be about an hour wait, she got thru in 15 minutes. Maybe phone waits are finally improving!
