Is anyone else obsessed with Magic Eraser?

Okay, you all have inspried me :D . I got a free sample of the magic eraser awhile back when someone posted it on the DIS but I haven't thought of what to use it on yet. I think I'll scrub down my fridge front with it today ::yes:: .

On another thread, someone posted that it's great for cleaning white sneakers. I tried it on my 3 dd's sneakers and it is great!

I use Bon Ami which cleans the same or better than Magic erasers, but it does leave a residue that needs to be wiped off.

I love it as well, but am weary about using it on our newly painted walls, for it does seem to take off some paint. Love it for our white walls, and for the scuff marks on the floor!

I love mine, not obsessed with it though. ;)

Another thing you can clean is glass and mirrors. I use a new one on my mirrors at home (rub very lightly), then take a dry cloth over the mirror and there are no streak marks. I think I have tried using it on everything in my house.

I do know that on walls it can leave a 'marking' that can only be viewed in certain light. For me that is better than a black mark that is viewed in all type of light.

DH knows I am obsessed. When I first found it I was buying extra and giving them to my friends because they just had to try it. I have a friend that cleans houses, she tried it on my recommendation and loves them. Last Thanksgiving I couldn't find one to buy...was I upset with company coming over. DH told me that if I would quit telling the world about them then there would be some to buy. He still drove me to several stores before I was able to find a pack that had fallen behind a shelf. Me obsessed...NAH!!!!!!!!!!!! Just don't ask DH.

 Me! ME!!

I couldn't find the Magic Eraser but Kroger was selling the Scotch Brite one and it's AWESOME! I got off stains on my countertop I thought I'd NEVER get out!! :bounce:

Another cheerleader for the Magic Eraser! The first day I tried it on my fridge I IMMEDIATELY called my Mom to recommend it. However, she was not as impressedwith it as I was. #1... her fridge is old and smooth, so no problems cleaning, like with the newer textured ones. #2.... she has wallpaper everywhere, not painted walls like I have (personally I hate wallpaper). #3...... she doesn't have small children at home to make all these marks/messes! But if you have painted walls, textured appliances, and children.... WOW!!!..................P:cheer2:

I love the magic eraser especially since my little one used to be an "artist" practicing on my walls!

My DH has a photograph of some famous hockey players that has been mounted, laminated, and autographed. Our 3 yr old DD drew on it with a red dry erase marker. At first I thought it would just wipe off since I caught her in the act. Nope. Then I tried the dry-erase board cleaner. No change. Then I tried the magic eraser and IT CAME OFF!!! (Thankfully none of the red was on the autographed part). I love the magic eraser!
