ok, I'll be the party pooper. I am really having trouble. I have never considered my "range". I just picked my target at the top of my range. So, this feels like losing 3 points - and I had just lost 2 a week before and hadn't adjusted yet. then if I pass up the new target, I feel like I failed which i-dunno-bout-you (
but it throws me into a total tailspin so I pig out and then the flex points are gone three days into the week. SIGH
I've lost 62 pounds the other way. I do the on-line program only. I'm thinking about saving my money and sticking to the old way on paper instead of using my online journal. But for some reason I'm afraid to "go it alone"
