They gave us each a voucher for any quick service on property. That is good customer service to me.
Agreed, problems can occur anywhere, and with something of the scale of Walt Disney World must be happening all the time somewhere. It's how they fix it that counts. When we've had odd issues in the past they have followed up later (e.g. when we had to call an ambulance to take my wife into Celebration hospital due to sudden severe back pain) but I guess a lot depends on whether the person involved is on duty the next day. But things like free Lightning Lane passes or meal vouchers are common gestures.
