MDE said I had the wrong password, and figuring this wouldn't be the first time I've forgotten my password, I went in and changed it. But then it wouldn't accept the new password, either. And when I tried calling the help line, all I got was a busy signal.
I'll try again tomorrow, but in the meantime...
