Is anyone else having trouble getting their gift card from the DVC promotion?

I originally called at the end of November. I never received the information packet or a follow up email so I called back in the middle of December. At that point I spoke with a new rep and went through the entire tour process again. I did receive the information packet but no gift card. It is now 3 months since I started this process and I have made several follow up calls. Last call I was told the Admin would check to see if my card was set to be sent with the next "batch" I am so frustrated- was hoping to use my card at the Princess 1/2 Marathon next weekend
