Is anyone else having trouble getting onto WDW site

It just keeps spinning and spinning and spinning. I have read through all the new rules etc, looking for a box to check that I will abide by them, if that is the problem. There is no box to check. Can someone please help me.

Clear cookies, try a new browser. I never run into any of the issues reported on any of these boards. Ever.
