Is Anyone Else Having A Hard Time Downloading Ding???

I've been trying to download DING for an hour and it's not working. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it'sthe site having issues.

Anyone else having a problem????

Did you restart your computer and make sure your antivirus is oiff or suspended while doing the install portion of the download.

Check your firewall as well.

I've loaded Ding twice and everything loads fine.....but when I get to that box where you input your home zip code and select up to 10 cities, it won't let me select cities. I click on the desired city and push that little arrow box which I think is supposed to move the city name over to the left, but nothing happens.

I'm missing out!!!

I don't know what to tell you - I am assuming you are clicking on the correct arrow? Ex: one pointing to the left? Hope I'm not insulting you by asking this - just asking.

I had a lot of problems, but once I turned off my security temporarily to download it was fine.

LOL. Totally not insulted. I got it to load on 4/14. Thanks for checking and for the response though!

LOL......yes LG3....I was pushing the correct arrow button. But maybe it does have something to do with the security on my computer. I'll check that out...thank you!
