Is $99 one way cheap

I got a $49 flight coming from MCO to ATL via Airtran on yesterday's sale. Not so great going at $120, but it is the Monday after Thanksgiving. Still $400 for two is not bad, but have done better in the past. We have done RT for less than $300 before.

I was able to snag $99 each way from Manchester, NH to MCO (Non-Stop). Cheapest I've paid in 3+ years. Book it now with confidence :thumbsup2

from Hartford CT the day after Thanksgiving for $91 each, non-stop, early afternoon and the same for a late evening return flight the following Friday. Last year, I was able to snag $73 down and $55 back the week after Thanksgiving flying Thurs - Wed.

The flight down is now $262!!! Don't expect that to get any better but still hoping for less on our return flight. I am sooo greedy!!

Wished we could get decent rates from Southwest out of Dallas. For my Sept dates it's $128.00 down there and $191.00 back for a total of $318.60 r/t. That's with a stop each way and not even great times. On the other hand, I can fly direct/nonstop on American with great times for $270.00. Guess which one I just booked?:scratchin:laughing: Of course, since bags fly free on Southwest, if I was going to check a bag, they'd be about the same. However, I'll be doing carry on only, so bag fees don't play into the equation.

I paid $178.00 for airfare for our Sept trip last year, so $100.00 more this year.

is always under $200 R/T non-stop. So far I have never had to go over that. Now, I have tons of RR points so we have not actually paid for a flight in almost 2 years!

Thanks everyone for the advice and coke rewards idea. I booked seven tickets last night at $89 each way. Very very happy :cool1:
