My DW is making iron-on shirts for our MNSSHP night. A few of the edges of the iron-on are not adhering to the t-shirt. I am worried that the image will peel and fall off while we are at the party. Is there a certain iron-on paper that we could buy that would stick better? She bought the current paper from Wal-Mart for about $2. Does anyone have a trick or tip on how to get the edges from peeling up?

I am moving this over to the Creative DISigns board, they are super knowledgable on t-shirt stuff!:thumbsup2

It's probably the paper. Did she have the iron hot enough and iron long enough?

She said that she followed the directions, so I assume she did. She attempted to re-iron and the edges are still peeling. I will have her get better quality paper. Any advice on where she should go to get good iron-on paper?

It is on the way. Thank you. :thumbsup2

my vote for HP too! (I like dark better than lights.) good choice. In the meantime, make sure she heats that iron up for at least 5 minutes before starting! (I had mine heat up for 8 minutes.)

I wonder if the iron just wasn't hot enough... or long enough moving across the design.

many do the edges first then make an x then do the straight across in parallel rows like HP recommends.

Just a follow-up. Got the HP paper and it worked great. Thank you again for your help.
