Details, here (and at Walmart.com, of course).

And yes, it's somewhat "on-topic" as Iron Man is now a Disney-owned character. ;)

For anyone on the fence (or for those who were considering buying the straight DVD release), I would jump on this, as, IMO this is "Black Friday-style" pricing!

I apologize about that -- at the time I posted, it was $15 (and I saw something similar in their Sunday newspaper insert -- though I thought at that price, it was the BR-only disc).

I imagine the dot-com folks at Wally World made a mistake.

I did jump on the offer as soon as I saw it (and was able to get the $15 price). If that holds, it was definitely a good deal.

For those looking for good Blu-ray deals, blu-ray.com does offer the latest pricing information from all major U.S. retailers.

Hope you get yours! I'll have to bookmark that website. It's getting to be that time of year when amazon has the crazy price fluctuations so I'll be watching them for sure!

I received this auto-generated e-mail from Walmart.com , this morning:

Dear Mr. JB2K,

Unfortunately, we've had to cancel the item(s) listed below due to limited availability.

Blah, blah, blah...

Limited availability?? It's not even on the market, yet -- it's more like Walmart.com goofed on their pricing and a few of us out there not only caught 'em, but took them up on the offer...

I'll shop around -- or maybe even wait until Black Friday (as I suspect this will be one of the big "grabs" the day after Thanksgiving).

Just to let readers of the thread know that Walmart.com made good on this offer and is e-mailing those who got on board early an e-gift card to make up the difference on this Blu-ray package (or anything else we want from Walmart.com ).

Guess I'll be pre-ordering this package, Wednesday morning!

I love it when things pan-out positive...

I did not know that Iron Man was now Disney owned. I just want you to know that the artist that did the original Iron Man promo poster is a dear, close friend of mine. I know. .. I brag. .. but I love him dearly and he is sooooo immensely talented!!!

ETA. . .glad that Walmart made good on their goof. Too bad more people didn't get in on it. :)

Yes, Iron Man, like all other characters from the Marvel line all now Disney-owned.

Since the IM movie franchise begun before Disney bought Marvel, The Walt Disney Company has very little involvement in it (other than some profit-taking), since those movies were contracted to be distributed by another motion picture company.

Agreed, your friend is quite talented -- I recall that "teaser" poster, well!
