Has anyone tried this? Can you describe it? Would you try it again? Which restaurants offered it?

Thanks!!!!

Dh and I tried this on our last cruise, and personally I was disappointed. Now, I am by no means a wine connoisseur, but I was expecting much more. And it was much drier than I like. I wish I could give you more details, but it was very forgettable.

Hubby and I love champagne and we have tried many, many kinds.

We find the Fairytale to be quite nice, and not as dry as most. A brut champange is the driest and it isn't close to being that dry.

You can purchase it in most of the finer restaurants by the glass or bottle.
You can also purchase it in almost all the gift shops on disney property, values, moderates and deluxes. At most it is approx $27.95 per bottle, last time we got some anyway..about six months ago. At GF it is $40 per bottle..lol. The 95 and 97's are in the gift shops right now.

When you get some..remember..champagne is best lightly chilled..not cold...you won't get the flavor if it is fridge cold.

Enjoy!

We enjoyed it at our wedding and then brought a bottle home for our anniversary. It's not Pierre Jouet but we really liked it.

It's festive and lovely. Though, we are by no stretch champagne drinkers. To give you an idea of what we like we usually drink Veuve Cliquot (don't know if that's spelled right). We like them both. You can read more about their sparkling wines at ironhorsevineyards.com. I read the story of the Fairy Tale Cuvee somewhere but I'm not sure if it's on this site or not.

The champagne is only produced by the company for Disney you can buy it no where else but at WDW at least thats what was said by the guy from ironhouse vineyards at last years food and wine festival

You can also get it regularly at Epcot at World Showcase. I saw it last week - DH asked me if I wanted a glass ($7.00?). I am thinking America, but I may be mistaken. You can also get it at the food in wine festival in October.

It was hot and I was not in the mood to spend the extra $ - I opted for the cheaper glass of champagne at Morocco.

But it is not at easy to find as you might think. On our recent trip we asked about it at one of the shops at DTD that sold champagne and wine and they didn't even know what we were talking about! They called around for us and said we could buy it at one of the shops in the Contemporary.

I really like it...have only had it on the ship...Alaska catdog, love the comparison to Veuve Clicquot. I would describe it as not too dry, but not sweet...lots of bubbles...exactly what I want in a champagne...something fun and yummy !!!
