Irish Pub in DTD

HI... I am going to the World in Nov. with my boyfriend and our two friends from Ireland who have never been to WDW before. I heard that they are in the process of building a irish pub in DTD. I know that my friends woulf be really excited to go here. Does anybody know the details about opening, etc.? Has anybody that has been recently seen the progress??

To sum it up, it was supposed to open in the summer, but that is not looking too likely. When it will open in anyone's guess. Keep checking back here though.
