Irish appetizer

Any ideas for an Irish style appetizer for a meal.

I was hoping to maybe due some form of stuffed cabage. Do they have such a dish. Any ideas I am in a mad panic before stores close.

My lovely Irish friend makes fried oysters. She calls them Galways. She dredges them in flour and then an eggwash and then instant mashed potato flakes. Then she sautes them in butter. They are soooo good.
