IPod Touch 2nd Generation

Does anyone know where I can buy a screen for the IPod Touch 2nd Generation? My son dropped his yesterday and the screened cracked. Would love to just buy the screen and replace myself.

I'd go to the Apple Store first. They are very good about fixing broken items even when they are out of warranty, but you have to do it in person.

Ebay and look for broken iPods? I know a lot of stuff is sold as-is broken because there are many who buy it up to fix other broken ones.

We bought a repair kit online for my son's when his screen cracked. Do a Google Search.

I used IFix it . com. They sold me parts to fix my duaghters ipod, they tell you what tools you need, and they have videos and manuals on how to do it. Be warned there are lots of tiny tiny screws.

We also went to the Apple store. We were honest with the guy and he said, "since you were honest, even though it is out of warrenty, I am going to give you a brand new one!" He said so many people say, "oh it just fell of the couch or something". Yes, truly excited. Then I asked what case to get and he said, "don't buy any here, order an otterbox off ebay or amazon". Exactly what we did, those things are great!!!
