Ipod help needed, please

We have two ipods, two computers. We have one itunes account. DH downloaded some songs onto his ipod on his computer. DD went to download songs to her ipod on her computer using the same itunes account. Now songs will not download to her ipod. The message that comes up is "The songs in the itunes library were not copied to 'DD's' ipod because you are not authorized to play them on this computer." DH tried burning them onto a cd but it said it was not authorized to burn to a cd.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

Either of two things are occurring:

1) She didn't use the same Apple Account to do the downloads.

2) She did, but when she went to sync she wasn't logged in.

#1 you'll have to double check with her.

#2 you just need to check the email address in the top right corner of iTunes. That is the store username. That should be the same as the account that downloaded the music.
