I got the WDW Dining Ap and I LOVE IT. It is so awesome. It shows you every place there is to eat in the parks and the resorts. It tells you if it is TS or QS, if it's in the DDP, how many credits it takes, something about a Tables In Wonderland discount, DVC or AP discounted restaurants. It even lets you keep track of your reservations including location, date, time and ressie number. I just wanted to get this out there for anyone who needs as much help as I do with organizing. It even tells you the entire menu of each place, whether they serve breakfast, lunch or dinner, shows prices, it breaks everything down by park, resort or Downtown Disney. This thing is heaven. If you are actually in WDW and hooked into their wifi, there is a "near me" button that helps you find any food close to you in case you don't feel like wondering all over the parks. If you have the iPhone (which I don't, just the itouch) you can hit the "Dining Reservations" button and be connected to Disney Dining. What?! I'm telling you, I love this thing.

I was wondering if anyone else could recommend any cool WDW Aps that they love?
:dance3:

I also have the WDW Dining App and love it. Some others I have for my iPod Touch are Free WDW Park Hours and Mouse Memo. In Mouse Memo you can put in your dining and entertainment reservations and it has a section for travel and hotel information as well.

I belong to touring plans and they have a wait times app that is awesome! But I think you have to subscribe to them to be able to access the app. I also love the WDW dining app! So useful!

Which WDW dining app do you have? I did a search and can't seem to find it! :confused3

TIA!

If you in iTunes, click on App Store and then search for Disney World Dining. It is the first one that comes up. It's got a little picture of a plate with a fork and a knife. The plate has a picture of the castle on it.

I think I got it! I wasn't sure if it was a free app or not. There's also another one from Laughing Place (same price, $1.99). It has a little more as far as reviews, but I think I like the one you recommended better! :thumbsup2

Thanks!

Yeah, I'm thoroughly impressed with the dining app and haven't even truly "used" it yet.

Undercover Tourist has a pretty decent one, too. Lists all the parade times, story times, has a GPS tool to save your parking spot... take pictures of your tickets and passes.

I would recommend the eTicket app if they made the following improvements...

-Show the times you have entered for events in your itinerary list (you have to click on the item and then click on notes to see the time. Not good for at a glance reference.
-Make your itinerary sync-able with your Calendar. If they did this, I wouldn't care about the previous suggestion. You would also have reminders if it synced with the calendar.
-Improve performance. So slow.
-I also find the mobile version of the dis boards useless. It looks much better in the browser.

wow .. sounds amazing.. how much was this app ?

Not a Disney app but I can't live without Ambiance while we are in the World. This app is full of white noise options, busy streets, storms, crickets, waterfalls, and on and on. I just plug it into our clock radio at the resort and we listen to an "industrial fan" while we sleep. It is a great alternative for those who travel with sound machines. It doesn't take up any space in your luggage!

EXCELLENT tip. Thank you so much. :worship: I need white noise when I sleep. Usually all I can do at the hotels is put on one of the WDW channels on the TV and use that. Now, do I need a special plug to hook it into the radio? I've never done this. Does it charge your device at the same time?

There is am MP3 attachment on the clock that plugs into your iPod's headphone outlet. Unfortunately it does not charge your iPod so I bring my wall charger and plug it into the wall outlet behind the nightstand. :goodvibes

Thanks for the tip. This will be my first WDW trip with my iphone. I'll download tonoght.

I have a free app called Sleep...eLite that has white noise including a fan that I plan to use at WDW next month because my husband snores sometimes. I tried it out the other night and it worked great with headphones.

Thanks for all the good advice here. I just got an iPhone today and loaded up eticket. I love it! You are right - it stores everything I need. Now I just need to get there! (not going until Nov)

WALT DISNEY WORLD PARK HOURS. Its blue with a white castle on it.

I love this app! its very accurate, it gives you park times, which ones have EMH and some parade and show times. We use it all the time when we are in the parks and in the hotel for planning.
