IOA Harry Potter plan

I just ran a tour plan for IOA and it recommends that you do the action rides/super hero, then have lunch, then go to the Harry Potter land in the afternoon. Tried to research this, but to much material and looking for input. What do you think about not running over to Harry Potter at park opening, but reversing the flow. What is it like over at Harry Potter in the afternoon?

In the evening it generally clears out (except during the very busiest times). However you run the risk of the main ride being down at the very end of the day, which although is very rare it could happen.

If it is your first and only day at IOA i would do Harry Potter first for the reason mentioned, though it is rare, it does happen.It happened during my visit in Jan 2012..I wasn't all that upset since we had ridden in it the day, but I wanted to ride it again at the end of the day
