Hi everyone! Ive booked half board plus vouchers for our 1st trip (me, oh and son (he will be 23 months)
If we eat at inventions how much extra in cash will it cost us? I know ds will eat for free. ... Also is it worth a visit?

Just wondering what everyones fave restaurants were and which ones people think are a must or very good with toddlers etc ....Cant wait to go!! :goodvibes Not till Sept tho xx

The face value of a half board plus voucher is €31 and Inventions in the evening is approx €52 each so you'll pay the difference of approx €21 each.

IMO it's definitely worth a visit ::yes:: it's a lovely buffet and we've always had great character interaction.

I haven't been to DLP with a toddler but all the restaurants are child-friendly ~ the only one you may want to avoid is the Rainforest Cafe as the animatronic animals and the thunder can be a bit scary for some little ones.

My favourite table service restaurants are Inventions, Walt's, Blue Lagoon and Cafe Mickey. The counter service ones I like are Fuente del Oro, Colonel Hathi's and Hakuna Matata.

Oooh so does that mean if we do the lunch buffet it will only be a couple of euros extra? :cool1: sounds good to me haha xx:banana:

It's cheaper at lunchtime, not sure how much, but there aren't any characters then.

Just checked on DLRPMagic and the price in the evening is €51.60 each.

The price for lunch (Monday through Saturday) is €34.30 but like I said before there are no characters present. There's also a character brunch on Sunday lunchtime but that is even dearer at €59 each.
