Continued…..Grey Gooses & Fireworks part II
We get back to the resort with plenty of time to get ready for dinner. I try to convince CL that would save a lot of time if we showered together and use less water which would save energy and be better for the environment. For some reason she did not go along with this idea.
Should we walk, take the boat or hitch a ride on the bus??? As it turns out when we get to the lobby a boat is just pulling up to the dock. So I guess the boat it is.

We have time to spare when we get across the lake so the girls find the shops at the YC. I talk CL into buying be a Disney tie. I like the Mickey ties.

For Christmas DD bought me a tie with Santa playing golf and gave it to me early so I could wear it to church on Christmas Eve.

So now I have a Mickey tie to go along with it.
We get seated at
YSHand finally decide on what we want. I got the rib-eye, BG and JON got the prime rib while the girls got the filets and the kids got mac & cheese and the steak. I think the best thing was the filets. I was not impressed with mine. Is wasn’t bad at all I was just expecting more I guess. For desert, CL finally found her Crème Brule that she has been craving for the last couple of days. I got the Sorbet Trio, BG & LB got the Key Lime Pie while the kids got the puzzle and SG also got the Crème Brule. I don’t know what JON had.
I only took a few pics here and they were the desert only.
CLs bestest desert.
Kids desert to paint.
And mine.
Everyone is FAT and happy.
Here are a few pics of my redneck shopping. I think this was at the shop at the international gateway. It may have been MG, I am not sure. Anyway I wanted to add a couple more pics, so there!
Time to start moving toward Epcot to get the Grey Gooses and watch the fireworks. On the way to the park we see the movie set up on the beach. Such a great set up. Ok, long enough, lets get to Epcot and find a good view point.
View from the Grey Goose Slushie stand. A little blurry, maybe one too many slushies.
Of course, we have to stop for a few grey gooses. CL & LB want a frozen coffee from the stand in front of America. By the time we get there I am almost finished with my grey goose. Still have time to go back for more. CL wants to watch the show from in front of Japan. Once again, I am not questioned on this decision.

OK get slushies and back to Japan. No room at the fence so we stand on the wall in front of Japan.
Just as the lights dim and the show starts JON says, “I hope I don’t forget that we are standing on this wall.
Don’t have any pics here. Sorry, I was enjoying the show too much.
As it turned out JON did not forget he wus on the wall. Maybe because we all yelled at him when the show was over. We didn’t want him to spill his grey goose.
Out the back gate and catch another boardwalk show before calling it the night.
Next up….Operation Bushwack Castle.
