Hi there!
This is my Newb Post to the boards even though Ive been lurking for some time. I have to say the community here is incredible and has provided me with a wealth of information that i have used on previous trips, So thank you!
About me:
I'm Married and live in the Tampa/ Clearwater area, about 80 miles out of Orlando or so. I grew up in this area, and I've been to Disney more times than i can count but until I found this board I didn't realize what we were missing with all the secrets and tips from members here, My Wife and I recently picked up the Preferred FL Residents Annual passes with the Water parks and more options. Which Brings me to my question ..
My Wife's birthday is this month and we have booked a three day stay at ASMU ( our first time at a Disney resort ) for a long weekend. Usually we are "Resort Row" types, closer to DTD and what not, but got a good passholder deal on the ASMU rooms. Since it is her Birthday, I wanted to get suggestions on what ideas some of you have to make it something that she will really remember and add a little bit of that magic to our stay. She is turning 29 and certainly appreciates the more "mature" side of the parks and resorts, As she is a Schoolteacher and deals with kids who aren't ours 5 days a week
Any and all Ideas are appreciated!
Dan
