**Introduce yourself!!!**

Welcome to the club Elizabeth :thumbsup2 You will find lots of posters who share the love of DLP on these boards.
Hope you will join in :goodvibes

Hello!!
I'm Sally. My husband is Steve and we have two beautiful children, Lucas (8) and Alyson (6). We live in the state of Tennessee in the USA.

I went to Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL for the first time when I was just 2 years old, and have been back many times since. I introduced Steve to Disney World on our honeymoon in 1996. We had a fantastic time, and were very excited to introduced our children to WDW in 2008.

In March, we are taking the children for a very short visit to DLRP as a stop over on our way to England to visit Steve's father.

We've never been to DLRP so I'm hoping to learn a lot from everyone here. We will be staying at the Sequoia Lodge and will have two days in the parks and one day we are taking Disney's day tour of Paris.

We're very excited!!!!

Nice to meet you. Hope you have fun planning your trip to FIL and DLP :)

I may have posted an introduction on here before, but there's far too many posts for me to trawl through to find out!

So, I'm Emma, I'm 21, and I'm a pretty sporadic DIS poster. I've been a member since 2006 but I'm more of the type that reads rather than posts. Also, I don't tend to come on here that frequently when I don't have a trip planned, because it makes me too upset :rolleyes1

I've been to DLP 3 times (I did a trip report of my last visit, actually - it's here! That's the last page, because links to all the previous days are there), Disneyland in California once (although hopefully I'll be going again with my parents in late August/early September of this year), and WDW ... 11 times? I'm not sure - I've honestly lost count :rotfl:

I'm going to DLP for the first time without my parents (yes, it's a sure sign I'm growing up!) in June - I'll be going with my boyfriend, who lives in the Netherlands. Oh, and although I'm from Cardiff, I'm currently studying abroad in Colorado!

Hi folks.

I've been around a while, posting and reading, but never introduced myself.

I'm Ryan. 23 and got engaged at WDW last September to my childhood sweetheart and partner of over 7 years (proposed on our 7year anniversary). Been doing Disney holidays since I was a kid and am in love with the company.

I collect anything Disney, and love to sketch my fave characters...

Ask away if you want to know anything more :thumbsup2

Hey guys:)
I've not really introduced myself to the Disneyland Paris forum. Just been lurking the past few weeks.
Anyway, I'm Graham. I'm 15 and a huge Disney fan:wizard:

I joined the boards for planning tips for me and my mum's trip in June.
It's a mother and son trip, we're going for 5 nights and staying in the NewportBay Club:woohoo:.

Basicly I was just introducing myself so I wasn't a stranger when the day comes I ask for some advice or planning tips :goodvibes

Hi Graham
welcome to the disboards :goodvibes everyone here is disney mad and someone always seems to know the answer to everything asked:lmao:

hope you enjoy your holiday

Hi Graham! :goodvibes

We stayed at Newport Bay Club last year - it's a lovely hotel!

Happy planning!

Looking forward to seeing you posting lots more, Graham. :goodvibes

Is this going to be your first trip to DLP?

Nice to meet you Graham :wave2:

It has been a little while since we have had some introductions so just popping your thread over there :thumbsup2

Anyone else want to introduce themselves :goodvibes

How rude of me! I've started posting without introducing myself. My name is Lesley and with husband and four children have been regularly visiting DLP since youngest was just two. All are now teenagers (well, one is over but we'll still count her as that!) and are stll huge fans. Second to youngest has multiple special needs and is in essence a two year old. He is obsessed with Disney so every trip is like taking an excited toddler with us.

We love everything about the parks, not just the rides, shows, parades, characters but the design, the landscaping and scale of it all. The children have always felt confident there and through increasingly long periods of being able to go off independently gained freedom from a very early age.

We visited last month and are booked again in July. The one season we have never visited in yet is the Christmas one but we hope to make up for the omission this year. :dance3::goodvibes

Well, I too have posted before introducing myself... Must've gotten carried away! (What are the odds of that? ;) ) My name is Ron, and I'm glad to be here!

Anyhow... I've been lurking around for a few months, getting in the mood for my trip to Disneyland Paris at the end of this week (!!!). I've been to WDW many times before, on the Cruise Line twice, and to Paris twice as well - though Paris is a long time ago, when I was still young. The first time I went we stayed at Hotel Cheyenne, and the second time at Newport Bay Club (it was for my grandparents' anniversary some years ago). This time, the first vacation with my lovely girlfriend, we'll be staying at the Hotel Cheyenne.

What else is there to say, really? I love Disney, and I've been to WDW a few (I want to say 8-9?) times, DLP twice (this will be the third), and on the Disney Cruise Line twice as well (there's nothing quite like it).

As for my favorite classic Disney character? Donald Duck, as you may have guessed. :)

Thank you, Elaine!

She spent a daytrip at Disneyland Park a year ago, but it will be her first time at the Studios park, and first time staying at the Resort for a few days. So, I guess that technically makes it her first holiday there, but not first visit. :)
