Intimate Restaurant in Japan - 30 seats only?

Saw in an earlier post information on a restaurant in Japan that only sat 30 guests max, and was highly recommended. I know they served sushi and reservations go very quickly. I don't remember the name and can't find the original post.

Anyone know which one this is and do you have experience with this?

I believe the Yakitori House only seats around 30 and serves sushi. However it's a counter service restaurant and doesn't take ADRs.

I'm guessing that you're thinking of the Matsunoma Lounge.

We ate there two trips ago and the food was very good and the staff was very pleasant. It is a small dining room with windows overlooking the WS Lagoon. If I remember correctly they don't take ADRs, so that may be a factor in your decision, but I don't think we waited more than 15 minutes (this was in late May). I think the short wait was due to the fact that many people overlook it!
