Hear from Chef Tim Majoras, the Chef at the Flying Fish restaurant located at Disney's Boardwalk. Majoras talks about his excitement around the opening of the newly re-imagined Flying Fish restaurant as well as his background.

We missed eating here by one week:scared:.

The new decor and even tableware looks great. A nice airy feeling and good lighting. As a meat and potatoes guy this was never huge on my radar, but the menu has some nice looking beef items too, and I always like chefs trying new techniques.

As a bit of a side note, this video was produced and a very high level. They didn't credit anyone, but this is equal or better than a Disney produced promo ad and better than the local news.

What Pete said x3. :-)

Excited to hear what Pete/whoever else he's eating with from The Team tonight thinks of it, guess they'll talk about it on the show next week, or maybe do a vlog review. Never a huge place on my radar, not being a seafood eater, but it does look stunning, and I'd definitely give it a try, if I could stomach the prices. (I seem to be saying that a LOT lately!)

we ate there once a few years ago and really liked it - always wanted to try the chef's table

The decor looks really different - looks more sophisticated to me. really looks like a true signature type dining location now ... interested to hear what Pete thinks of it

I'm super excited about Flying Fish reopening and look forward to dining there in September.

I really really hope the team's meal was fantastic. The Flying Fish is a must for us whenever we go to Disney all of our experiences there have been fantastic. I was very nervous about the refurbish and will be looking forward to the review.
