Do you have a least favorite country in World Showcase?

I will have to say the American Adventure. And that's only because I live in America and am familiar with everything in it. With the other Countries I get to experience places I've never been before and learn new things about them.

If you could only visit one water park, which one would you choose, Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon? And why?

Probably BB because the architecture of the park is so unique.

If you could visit WDW only one more time in your life, which on-site resort would you stay at and why?

The Grand Floridian. When I was little, I thought that's where all of the princesses stayed. I've always stayed at the Poly, and it kills me my family never wants to stay at the Floridian. It's such a tease being so close to my dream hotel!!

If you could go to WDW at any time of the year, when would it be and why?

xmas time, but before kids have xmas break. i love all the decorations, mild weather and less crowds

what is your favorite water ride at wdw and why ( even iasw counts, boats!)

Favorite water ride has to be Splash Mtn. I love the fact that it's a long ride so it's a great ride to rest on for a bit, it has indoor and outdoor aspects, great music and theming, and you can get SOAKED on a hot day!


What is your favorite parade at WDW? Any particular reason why?

Our worst meal must have been at Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station. It just wasn't that good.


Keeping on the food theme, is there a certain restaurant that you just have to eat at every trip? Why?

always Crystal Palace! We went there as our special Honeymoon dinner (yes hubby made the ressie and thought it sounded romantic) and this was my Pre-Disboards days!
but it worked, I love Winnie the Pooh so he got a gold star and we go back every trip!

Have you ever went on a Disney Vacation alone?

Yes - to the Flower & Garden Festival last May & had the BEST TIME EVER!!! I missed the kids - for about 15 minutes!!!

If you're vacationing there for a week, do you take some time to visit the coast for the ocean?

No, we visit the ocean where we live. A week is tooo short for Disney to venture out.

well i would have to say TL. i have only been to it and not blizzard beach. But well be going on my next trip

No. As you can see from my sig below - lots of different times of the year. It adds just a little flavor to the trip and changes things up also.


Characters - are they just for kids or do you get just as excited as a 5 year old?

All of the night shows have some special aspect to them. My favorite, though, is Wishes. It brings a tear to my eye every time. I even have a snow globe that has the castle with fireworks and tink in the background. It plays "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes". I keep it handy for when I need a Disney moment.
