Journey into Imagination ride. The original Dreamfinder/Figment version was so enjoyable and fun. The most recent, although better than the second version, is appalling.

Which is the best resort pool?

Of the resorts I've stayed at, I'd have to go with CBR. I'd love to visit AKL and WL and see their pools!

If you had the choice and money were no object, which resort would you stay at for a two week vacation? Which activities would you do (i.e. tours, La Nouba) to enhance your experience?

I would float between the Deluxe hotels.

I would love to stay at CR with a MK view and the BW with an Epcot view and the AK (did get to stay there this summer) with a savannah view and then WL because I just like the atmosphere.

I would do all the tours that I can (Loved segway this past summer)

I don't think there is anything else special that I would change.

What is your first ride of the day when visiting Epcot?

Soarin'. Get fastpass and ride. Have breakfast at Sunshine Seasons. Ride Living with the Land and then fastpass ride Soarin'! :woohoo:

What is your first impression remembrance of your first visit to WDW?

Amazed, walking down Main St and through the castle. Then getting my driver's license from the Speedway.

How many times do you visit WDW each year?

Once, living in Nebraska kinda messes with any more. darn it! :lmao: We are trying to figure out if we can go again without kids in February. It will be 15 years married and our honeymoon was WDW. But finding a good sitter for a weekend.....sigh

What park is always your last day park?

Our last day park is usually MK. Gotta get in as much Disney magic as possible before going home.

Which park do you visit the most during your WDW vacations?

/
really its a toss up between Mk and Epcot....we do two days at each...half day at AK and half day at DHS.

what is your favorite disney song and why?

oh crap there are so many good ones. Right now im going to say "be a man" or I'll make a man out of you. IM actually not quite sure what title is right.

What is your favorite attraction that was taken out of the Disney parks?

You know, I can't recall any rides that have been taken out, that I have been on.

I will miss that Pocohantus (sp?) show however, it was cute. Even with having all those animals in my backyard ;)

Aside from the castle suite, if you could pick anywhere to live at WDW, either at the resorts or in the parks... where would it be?

In the Poly!

If you could create one ride to be in any Disney park, what would it be named and what kind of ride would it be?

i would create a roller coaster that make u feel like your flying. One where you lay down. I would call it something referring to Peter pan or something dealling with tinkerbell.

If you had the choice would you move to Orlando just to be close to WDW?

Not now, but after the kids have graduated from college -- maybe. I've always said that my retirement will be spent working for WDW!! It would seem to take away some of the magic, not being able to stay on-site.

Interview: If you have kids under 18, do you ever visit WDW without them? Why?

Interview: If you have kids under 18, do you ever visit WDW without them? Why?

No. I think it would be sad to be there without them. There are plenty of other places DH and I could visit alone.

What is the oddest thing you have ever seen while walking through the parks? (or anywhere on property.)

A very large woman wearing a bra as a top. It was clearly a bra - like the Playtex 18-hour Cross Your Heart white bra with the 3 little hooks in the back - it was not a shirt or bathing suit designed to look like a bra, it was most definitely her bra. Maybe someone got sick on her shirt????

Have you ever encountered someone very intoxicated in WDW?

YES!!! :lmao: It was the funniest part of our whole trip. We checked into the Rose and Crown for dinner and there was a young man sitting on the bench with two older men (son, dad, grandpa?) The young man was toasted. Completely wasted. But Soooooooo happy. The dad started talking to us, also very happy. Ends up it was the young one's 21st birthday and they were taking him drinking around the world. Sadly enough...They started in Canada. ;) Grandpa feared France was going to wipe the kid out. The were really nice guys and made our wait for R&C that much more enjoyable. We wished them luck and birthday wishes before they moved on.

What is your most interesting Disney transportation moment?

I had scheduled Dining with an Imagineer at Artist Point, WL for my DS18 and me. We spent the day at AK and took the bus late afternoon to AK. We were both wiped, so we both nodded off on the nice leisurely air-conditioned ride to WL. When we got to there, we checked in at AP. We were early, so they said it would be a few minutes and we decided to step into the lounge for a cool drink before dinner. As we entered the lounge and were about to sit down, A gentleman motioned to us to come over to him and his wife. He pulled out his digital camera. They had been on the bus ride with us and finding us to be their 'Disney moment', had taken a shot of us zonked out, one with head back, one with head down. We laughed, sat down with them and had a nice 20 minute conversation before our dinner. A genuinely wonderful couple from Chicago, visiting for a few days.

Do you ever imagine yourself to be Walt walking through the Park?

not really

what is the one thing u look foward to the most on ur next trip?

This is trip #15 for us and the first time on the dining plan, so that would be what I'm most looking forward to this trip. We've generally only eaten at a sit-down restaurant once or twice per trip so I look forward to relaxing each day at several restaurants I've never tried (Le Cellier, Teppan Edo, etc.) and a few old favoritse (Chef Mickeys, O'Hanas, etc).

TNP what is your favorite character interaction story?

Well, we are big kids at heart. My DW and I went to WDW in May 07 to celebrate our 10 yr wedding anniversary. We are going again this May to celebrate our 12th. Anyway, we went to go see the princesses in toontown as my DW loves Belle and has never has a picture with Belle in her gold gown. So we went and waited in line sporting our Anniverary pins.

When we were called in, Snow White met us at the door and we pretty much had the room to ourselves. It was Snow White, Belle, and Cinderella. We took a bunch of pictures with each princess and it was a fun interaction overall. Then before I left Cindy comes over and says that we are doing a group shot for your anniversary. That was so noce of them and that really made my wife's trip. We have that picture up on our wall and she still talks about it.

*So, what was your most memorable dining experience at WDW?
