Interview the person below you (Part II)

I think Maleficent Dragon stumped everyone! My first thought was that I'd want to be at DHS so I could hang out at the Hollywood Tower Hotel all night. But does that count as "doing" an attraction? I'd be happy to just hang out in the lobby! I guess if I can't do that, I'd just wander around and find a quiet place to sleep til morning!

I'm sorry. :( I didn't mean to stump. I was thinking of sneaking into utilidors, having a look in the castle, walking through SE and checking it all out, sneaking around and taking pictures, going into buildings and having a look around, trying on clothes in the shoppes, putting character costumes on and taking your picture, tasting foods from restaurant fridges, etc.

I would order the Pizza Crust from Portobello, Salmon from Coral Reef and a plate of desserts from the French Patisserie.

Assuming you had front of the line access and could easily go from park to park. Describe your dream day at WDW, including rides, meals and/or character experiences.

Aaaah, I get it! You're a sneaky one! I like it! ::yes::

  • Breakfast at Donald's Safari Breakfast with my favorite server and to get my at-least-once-a-trip-kissing-Donald thing over with!
  • Ride Safari
  • Walk the Panjani trail
  • See Flights of Wonder
  • Hop over to DHS for TSMM......twice because I always come out going "dang, I could've done better on that last bit!"
  • Ride my absolute fave ToT
  • Do Animation Academy
  • Ride ToT again, maybe twice
  • See Muppets 3D
  • Ride ToT again, maybe three times!
  • Hop over to Epcot and ride Soarin' and Living with the Land
  • Get lunch and a strawberry shortcake at Sunshine Seasons
  • Ride Test Track
  • Ride Spaceship Earth
  • Head back to WS and make my way around, leisurely (because time doesn't go as fast in this world, right?)
  • Hop over to MK and have dinner at CHH
  • Ride HM, BTMM, Splash, and POTC then have a Dole Whip (which I'd eat over by Rapunzel's tower)
  • Wander thru Fantasyland; get homemade chips at Friar's Nook if it's open (which it would be in this world!)
  • Ride Dumbo
  • Head into Tomorrowland and find my boyfriend Push :)
  • Ride Space Mtn and goof off with Stitch
  • Ride Buzz and see Monster's Inc Laugh Floor
  • Ride the PeopleMover for about 30 minutes or so
  • Head over for Wishes (which will be just about to start and without a crowd!)
  • Browse the shops on my way out to my own private bus (that doesn't have the A/C cranked up to cryogenic freeze level) and head over to Illuminations which would be waiting for me to get there!

Are you a Fantasmic! fan? Do you see it every time you go? If so, how early do you arrive?

(Great day plan!!)

I like Fantasmic at Hollywood Studios, don't like it at all at Disneyland because of the set up. We don't watch it every single time, usually once per trip but sometimes we skip it. We arrive at maximum 30 minutes before, sometimes less as we don't care where we sit.

Do you watch Wishes everytime you're at MK? Why or Why Not?

Do you watch Wishes everytime you're at MK? Why or Why Not?

I do not. I enjoy Wishes, but the crowds and elbow throwing make it a little irritating and less enjoyable, so I do it once per trip.

Question: Do you own any Disney purses? These can be Dooney's or anything you purchased anywhere. If so, what did you buy and which is your favorite?

I got an orange bird pin. I still have the little orange bird figurine that my dad bought me on our trip in the early 80's. That little bird always made me smile and now when I see him, I think of my dad.

What snack is a must-have in each park?

EPCOT: Funnel Cake
Magic Kingdom: Churro or Ice Cream from the Parlor
Disney Studios: Nothing in particular
Animal Kingdom: Mickey Bar since it always seems hotter there

Question: Do you have Disney shirts in your closet? Do you wear them when not in Disney?

I have 2 Disney Tank tops that I wear to bed. My sister has dozens and wears them all the time though.

Would you move to be closer to WDW? Why or Why not?

I would never uproot our family in order to be closer to any form of entertainment. I would do it if there was a bigger reason - like job relocation.

Same Question: Would you move to be closer to WDW? Why or Why not?

No, although I do wish it was closer than a 26 hour flight.

If you could be any Disney Character for the day, who would you choose and why?

I'd love to be Stitch! He gets to really act up and play with people. I'm sure I'm too tall to be Stitch though, so I'd probably choose Goofy. Plenty of acting silly there too!

Same question....which character would you like to be for a day?

From any Disney Movie - Giselle. She's so sweet! From the parks, Merida as I'd love to be a Princess running around with a bow and arrow!

If you could actually choose a character to BE (actually be the character, not just in the parks ect) who would you choose and why?

I'd be Angelica.....she gets to kiss Captain Jack!

Name one thing at each park that really makes you smile and tell us why.

MK - Listening to the Dapper Dans as I walk down Main Street. I just love walking down Main Street anyways and when I hear my favorite a capella group sing, it reminds me of the simpler times in life.

AK - entering the main gate in the morning and heading towards EE. That is my favorite roller coaster ride in Disney and knowing I will be soon riding it (as many times as my body will allow me) makes me very happy.

Epcot - Walking under Spaceship Earth. I just love the whole structure of it, I am just in awe with it and then the music that plays around that area makes me smile.

DHS - Eating at Sci-Fi. It is one of my family's favorite restaurants. We really like the theme and the funny clips that they play....oh yeah the food is pretty good too :goodvibes

What do you like to do on your arrival day?

MK - POTC - My sister and I have many memories of this ride, especially when we have been in the park at 2am and completely alone in Adventureland except for CM's.
AK - Festival of the Lion King - This was the first musical my sister and I saw and were so amazed by it, we returned to the show 4 times in 10 days :lmao:
EP - Mexican Donald because he always is a little "flirty" with us
HS - Beauty and the Beast Show - One of our favourite Disney movies

Same Q

What do you like to do on your arrival day?

We posted at the same time :lmao:

We generally arrive at about 6pm at night. We head for our resort, get checked in and head for DTD. We visit the Pin Shop, making something at Goofy's Candy, ride the mini carousel, grab dinner (usually Earl of Sandwich) and back to the resort. Shower, unpack a few things and then bed to hit rope drop at MK the next morning :)

Same Q

We usually arrive early afternoon, take ME to the resort and get checked in, then head for DTD for dinner and to wander a bit. This time, we arrive on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, so we're avoiding DTD and the parks. We are going to just hang out at our resort (AoA this time), eat at LoF and explore. Since my DNephew is obsessed with Tow Mater, it seems like the right choice!

What's your favorite part of the new Fantasyland (attraction, area, food, whatever)?

Be Our Guest. I completely teared up the first time I walked in. The place is beautiful and truly brought the movie to life.

What Disney collection do you own, have you started or continue to build? (Vinylmations, pins, shirts, monorail set, etc?)
