Interval Internation Members?

We are II members and have traded our home condo for units in and around Orlando for past WDW vacations. I was just browsing the II site, and noticed that the DVC properties are now available to II members (DAK DBC DBW villas, OKW Resort and SSR). I know this is something new (within the last couple of years) and my head is spinning with the possibilities. I've stayed on Disney property as well, and would much prefer to stay at a Disney resort if possible. I have so many questions, and there's not a lot of info on the II site. Have any here exchanged via II for any of these Disney Resorts?
How difficult is it to get these properties?
Do you have access to other offers to WDW guests (i.e., dining plans, transportation)?
Which of these resorts do you prefer?
What and how much is the "Resort Services Fee"?

I have a trip in January and currently have a reservation at CBR, but if I could get one of the villas, I'd be in heaven. I am going to play around with it on the II site, but thought I might benefit from others' experiences as well.

DVC resorts traded through II until January 1, 2009. The affiliation then switched to RCI. Unless you can find some lingering inventory deposited before 1/1/09 (doubtful) you won't be able to trade into DVC using Interval.

I never noticed them before when I've traded for Orlando, but it's been a while and maybe there just wasn't availability. They are still appearing on the resorts list, but I was playing with my January dates and none of the WDW resorts are coming up with availabilities, so that might explain it. Thanks for the info!

They've been listed with II since 1996. The 1996-97 book had OKW, HH and VB, the next year added BWV. My first exchange to OKW was Jan, 2003 and I've had exchanges to HH, VB, OKW, SSR, AKV, BWV and BCV since though AKV and BCV were with RCI and not II. Actually booked a 2 BR at BCV for next Sept just yesterday with RCI using a 1 BR deposit so it can be done. Generally there was no availability except off season though like Jan, Feb, May, Sept and early Dec.

Wow, I must be ... very inattentive. I guess I just checked availabilities for our travel times and none of them ever popped up, so I never noticed. Guess I missed that boat by a mile! I'm glad others were able to take advantage of it, though. Thanks again very much for the info.
