After several attempts at National's website.....I finally gave them a call. As of 8/21 they are offering $209/week internet rates for minivans. When I enter the information, the weekly rate doesn't reflect the internet rate. I called National and after 20 minutes of her failed attempts (trying various entries), the lady called Orlando's counter and the employee at the counter claims that the internet rate can't be honored because the 50 designated vans have already been rented for that rate.
Could this be possible? I asked for another National Car phone number and this employee said she would try to get to the bottom of this.

Any suggestions? The second employee suggested that I keep trying it over and over again. (Isn't that her job? I thought I was the customer needing the service?)
