Internet Access Computers In Disney Quest?

Does anyone know if they are available to be used?
Any time limit?
Available terminals ?(ie:large number available or in heavy use)

These terminals get a fair share of usage.

They are free to use, start by pressing the green button in front on the base.

Many web sites cannot be accessed, including most emails and most ordering and booking pages.

They have the annoying habit of every now and then popping up a message saying to click "here" to prevent shutdown but shutting down anyway. Fortunately when you finally click "here" (and also push the green button again) it comes to life and picks up exactly where you left off.
